In her new role, Chadwick will continue to to lead communications for all team members, franchisees, corporate, brand public relations and reputation, and will lead the chain’s corporate responsibility initiatives and environmental, social and governance strategy. Chadwick played a part in the chain’s focus on improvements to culture and diversity, equity and inclusion. In 2021, the company released new ESG goals that were tied to corporate bonuses for eligible employees and executives. The chain is working to improve diversity, clean ingredients and environmental impacts.
“Since joining Papa Johns in 2018, Madeline and her team have transformed the communications and corporate affairs functions, and are strategic partners to our business,” Rob Lynch, Papa Johns CEO and president, said in a press release. “They have played the important roles of both change agents and advisors on our journey to become the best pizza company in the world.”
Chadwick joined Papa Johns as VP of communications and has over two decades of communications experience. Prior to joining the pizza chain, she oversaw communications for Dan Gilbert, the founder of Quicken Loans, and his various companies. She has also worked at eBay and Hewlett-Packard, and spent 15 years at various public relations firms in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
