Previous title: Senior vice president, chief human resources officer, Dana Inc.
Pittenger has over 20 years of experience in human resources and will start her new position at Domino’s on July 8, according to the press release. She will lead all aspects of the chain’s human resources strategies and functions, reporting to CEO Russell Weiner.
“We are excited to have Maureen join Domino's as she brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams,” Weiner said in a statement. “At Domino's, our people are our competitive advantage, and Maureen's expertise in leading workforce development on a global scale will help us get even better.”
Pittenger spent over 17 years in various human resources positions at Visteon Corporation, an automotive technology company. She joined Dana Inc., another automotive technology company, in 2019 as vice president corporate human resources, later becoming senior vice president and chief human resources officer in 2022.
Pittenger will succeed Sam Jackson, who was the previous EVP of human resources at Domino’s. Jackson was promoted to this role in 2023 after being with the chain since 2018. He left the company in April to become chief people officer at Beauty Industry Group, according to his LinkedIn page.
