Corey Horsch has joined Salad and Go as chief financial officer, the chain announced Thursday. Before Salad and Go, Horsch was CFO at Gordon Ramsay North America, which has 21 units across the U.S., according to the its website.
Before Gordon Ramsay North America, Horsch was the CFO of Sonic Drive-In prior its acquisition by Inspire Brands and Roark Capital, according to the press release. After Inspire purchased Sonic for $2.3 billion in late 2018, Horsch served as SVP for corporate finance at Inspire for six months, according to his LinkedIn profile.
At Salad and Go, Horsch will oversee the company’s finances as the brand expands to new markets. The chain has about 90 stores in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada and is on pace to reach 135 units by the end of 2023, according to the press release.
Salad and Go added Charlie Morrison, former Wingstop CEO and chairman, as CEO last July. Since then, the company has entered a number of new markets. In November 2022, Salad and Go opened two units in Oklahoma, and in January the brand opened its first store in Nevada. In February, the chain entered the markets around Houston.
